Whole Foods Cooking Classes

We like to call this the cook, eat, sleep, repeat retreat.

Learn to make easy, delicious whole foods salads, soups, baked things, desserts, grains, legume and vegetable dishes from Polli Talu’s kitchen repertoire.

In addition to the cooking classes, we relax in the sauna on Saturday evening and Sunday morning we practice Kundalini yoga.


We will begin at 11:30 on September 25 and end with dinner on September 26.  On Saturday evening there will be a sauna visit.

Cost for retreat

USD 275 includes meals and accommodations, classes and sauna (transfer to Polli Talu and international travel is not included)
