Oleme ühenduses olulisega ja avatud silmapilgule.

Kui kaasame oma tantsu taeva ja maa, võtame teadlikult sellest sündmusest osa.

Imestuse saatel saab võimalikuks häälestumine sellele nähtamatule ja dünaamilisele essentsile, mis nii saladuslikul moel end ilmutab tantsus.

Nii loome ühenduse jumalikuga ja maailma hingega.

Ja tantsime rõõmuga oma inimeseks olemist universumis.

Tantsides meditatiivseid lihtsalt meeldejäävate sammudega ringtantse süvendame me oma maandust ja ülendust – ühendust maaga ja taevaga.

Pidevates kordustes harjutame mõtete minnalaskmist ja hinge tähelepanelikkust.

Vabatantsus tegeleme sellega, mis toimub silmapilgus – sellega, mis on voolamas vormitust vormi.

Mõlemad elemendid loovad ruumi hoitud olemisele taeva ja maa vahel.

Samm-sammult ühenduvad omavahel kergus ja raskus.

Elu saladus tantsib meiega, kepsleb tantsu sammudes ja heidab nalju.

Tantsides oleme me osa pidevalt toimuvast loomisprotsessist, milles kõik on omavahel ühendatud ja kantud ARMASTUSEST.

Tantsime Südameruumi® ja ringtantse, tegeleme unenägude ja südamemeditatsiooniga.

Juhendamine toimub saksakeeles – tõlkega eesti keelde.

Eelnev tantsukogemus ei ole vajalik.

Cornelia Freise, sündinud 1957, elukoht Bremenis Saksamaal. Õigusteaduste magister ja psühhoterapeut (HPG). 24 aastane meditatiivse tantsu ja tantsuteraapia gruppide juhendamise kogemus. Biodanza – Dance of Life täiendkoolitus. Alates 1992 vabakutseline. 1996 asutas tantsulise transformatsiooni, meditatiivse tantsu ja tantsuteraapia arenguinstituudi „Die tanzende Wildsau“, mis pakub erinevate elukutsete esindajatele kaheaastast tantsukoolitust „Südame ruumi tants®“. Alates 2002 rahvusvahelised workshopid Singapuris, Kalifornias ning Eestis. Cornelia Freiselt on ilmunud raamat Tanze! dein Herz – weibliches Wissen in Bewegung, 2010. Raamatu eestindus Tantsi! oma südant – naiselik teadmine liikumises ilmus 2013.

Kundalini jooga puhkus

Laagri põhirõhk on asetatud süva puhkamisele, lõõgastumisele, tasakaalustamisele, energiaga laadimisele ja endale aega võtmisele. Joogatundidele lisaks teeme ka vaikusekõnde looduses.

Kundalini jooga põhineb Yogi Bhajani õpetusel ja on dünaamiline jooga vorm, mis hõlmab füüsilisi harjutusi, hingamistehnikat, keha- ja käteasendeid, loitsimist ning meditatsioone. Puhastava ja tervendava toimega Kundalini jooga tõstab heaolu, tugevdab elujõudu ning virgutab loomingulisust. Ta aitab lahti hoida energiakanalid, avada tšakrad, tasakaalustada näärmete tegevust ning tugevdada närvisüsteemi. Hingamise ja liikumise ühendamine viib keha, meele ja hinge harmoonilise ühtesulamiseni meid ümbritseva universaalse energiaga.

Marika Blossfeldt on International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Associationi liige ning juhendab eesti keeles, vajadusel tõlkega ingliskeelde.

Nädalane laager pakub varahommikust Sadhanat, erinevaid joogatunde, millest igal ühel on oma spetsiifiline mõju, samuti õhtuseid meditatsioone ja massaaži. Aktiivsest tegevusest vabal ajal on võimalik jalutada Lõuna-Läänemaa puutumatus looduses, sõita rattaga, võtta päikest, ujuda meres ning harjutada olemist olevikus. Polli talu asub Puhtu-Laelatu ning Nehatu looduskaitsealade keskel. Ühel päeval korraldame väljasõidu loodusesse, kus õpime tundma tänu inimtegevuse ohjamisele säilinud unikaalset Eestimaa looduspärandit.

Ööbimine on endistes aitades, millest on saanud kahe, nelja ja viie voodiga külalistetoad. Ka oma telgi püstipanek on võimalik.

Toidud on vegetaarsed – ja väga maitsvad, lisaks piimatooted ja muna. Igal pealelõunal pakume kosuvat ning puhastavat joogi teed.

Teretulnud on kõik – eriti algajad. Eelnev joogakogemus ei ole vajalik.

Day Trip

Marika Blossfeldt, Author, Speaker and Holistic Health Coach, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York and board certified as Holistic Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Her private practice is dedicated to raising awareness of the profound impact food and lifestyle has on our health. Marika enjoys guiding her clients to a place of confidence and intuition about their food choices. She offers individual and group health programs, wellness workshops, whole foods cooking classes, lectures and private yoga classes. As a passionate whole foods chef Marika grows her own herbs and vegetables and personally oversees the quality and deliciousness of all meals served to her guests.

Kundalini Yoga Intensive

Kundalini Yoga is based on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings. A dynamic form of yoga, combining postures, stretching, movement, meditation, breathing, and chanting, it stimulates the glands, strengthens the nervous system, opens meridians, and balances chakras. It calms the mind and increases our capacity for concentration and intuition. Ultimately, it brings us to a deeper understanding of our potentials and ourselves and allows for a harmonious merging of body, mind and soul with the universal energy surrounding us.

Polli Talu Artistic Director and Kundalini Yoga instructor Marika Blossfeldt, certified in New York by 3HO, Kundalini Yoga East, will teach in English.

The two day intensive offers five different yoga classes and several meditations.

Minimum age for participants: 16 years.

No previous yoga experience is necessary – beginners are very welcome

Kundalini Yoga Vacation

Treat yourself to a week of dynamic and blissful Kundalini yoga, meditations and massages, delicious vegetarian food and yogi tea. Relax and rejuvenate in the serenity of Western Estonia. Experience white nights, juniper groves and wooded meadows filled with wildflowers and herbs. Explore beautiful sites as we set out on a day trip to visit local museums, medieval castles, bird sanctuaries, bogs and islands.

The practice of Kundalini yoga brings with it a sense of wellbeing that is immediately tangible. After a yoga session one feels grounded, energized and uplifted. It helps to relax the body and calm the mind, increasing our capacity for concentration, creativity and intuition. Ultimately, it brings us to a deeper understanding of our potentials and ourselves and allows for a harmonious merging of body, mind and soul with the universal energy surrounding us.

Polli Talu Arts Center Artistic Director and Kundalini Yoga instructor Marika Blossfeldt was certified in New York City by 3HO Kundalini Yoga East. She has 20 years of international teaching experience and will teach in English with translation into Estonian.

A licensed Massage Therapist from Estonia will administer massages.

No previous experience in yoga is required. Beginners are very welcome!

When we dance JOY appears and the body is flooded by it. Movement connects us with the essence because we open up to the moment. If we enclose Heaven and Earth in our dances we consciously take part in this miracle. While dancing we can attune ourselves to the unseen and dynamic essence which manifests in an amazing and secret way in the dance. So we are connected with the Divine and the soul of the world at the same time and dance our role as human beings in the cosmos.

 

We strengthen our connection downwards to the Earth and upwards to Heaven in the simple circle dances. We learn to be attentive and let go of our thoughts while repeating the steps. In the free dances we open to the movements that our body needs to express. The formless and the form together create a space where we can feel held in our hearts and our bodies. Gravity and lightness combine step by step. The secret of life is dancing with us, jumping in our steps and telling us a joke. While dancing we are part of the ongoing process of creation in which everything is connected to each other and held by Love.

 

We will work with dances out of the space of the heart®, circle dances, meditation of the heart and dreams.

No prior dance training is required.

Each participant is herself responsible for what happens during the dance sessions.

Cornelia Freise, born in 1957, lives in Bremen, Germany. As a lawyer she worked on several scientific projects. In 1986 the direction of her life changed and she began to teach sacred dance. Since 1992 she has worked as a free lance dance therapist (HPG). In 1996 she founded „The Dancing Wild Sow – “Institute for Transformation through Dance, Meditative Dancing and Dance Therapy” in Bremen which offers “Dancing from the Space of the Heart“ a 2-year dance education for people from different professional backgrounds. Since 1985 she is following the mystical path of the golden Sufis which inspires and carries her work. Since 2002 she conducts workshops in California, Singapore and Estonia.  In 2010 Cornelia published a book on her way of dancing in German. The Estonian translation “Tantsi! oma südamest” was released in 2013.

We will begin on Friday with dinner at 18.00 and end on Thursday with breakfast.
